About Telangana High Court

The Telangana High Court is the High Court of the Indian state of Telangana. Established by the 7th Nizam Mir Osman Ali Khan. Initially, it was created as Hyderabad High Court for the then Hyderabad Deccan princely state and later renamed as Andhra Pradesh High Court as it was created on 5 November 1956 under the States Re-organisation Act, 1956. The Andhra Pradesh High Court was re-named as Hyderabad High Court in the wake of the bifurcation of the State of Andhra Pradesh by the State Government of Judiciary.

On 26 Dec 2018, the President of India delivered orders to split the Hyderabad High Court into Andhra Pradesh High Court for the State of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh High Court with its principal seat at Amaravati and Superior Court for the State of Telangana with its headquarters at Hyderabad. The bifurcation and formation of distinct High Courts for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh occurred from 1 January 2019.

Telangana High Court

From 2 June 2014, afterward the Andhra Pradesh Re-organisation Act, 2014 came into force, it was retitled and functioned as the common High Court for both states until 1 January 2019. An independent High Court for Andhra Pradesh remain established and inaugurated on 1 January 2019 and appointed as the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.

The High Court is headquartered in Hyderabad and has a sanctioned strength of 42 judges

Review of Telangana High Court

Telangana High Court of Hyderabad’s very beautifully built. Here you will get a very good view. You will see very heavy traffic at the road, To reach here you can come by bus or any commercial vehicle. Went inside it also. Inside you will also find it looking wonderful like a party. Very beautiful and with clean or maintained.

You will find a good place to sit. It’s made like a garden. Here you can take natural air.
